ELSOUL LABO B.V. (Headquarters: Amsterdam, the Netherlands; Representative Director and CEO: Fumitake Kawasaki) will host the “Agentic Payments × Stablecoins Enterprise Seminar & Hands-on” on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at WeWork Kamiyacho Trust Tower in Toranomon, Tokyo. Participation is free, and the seminar is kept small, with capacity limited to 20 people on a first-come, first-served basis.
The seminar is about one thing: how to implement and operate stablecoin payments and agentic payments in real enterprise systems. Rather than explaining stablecoins, wallets, MCP, APIs, blockchain infrastructure, and AI agents as separate technologies, we show what changes in enterprise payments and service usage when they are combined, through a live demo of working systems and a hands-on session.
Stablecoins are changing payment infrastructure, and AI agents are starting to use that payment rail to pay for services on their own. So how does an enterprise actually put this into production? We answer that question in 80 minutes: live demo → hands-on → production case study and implementation roadmap.

Background: from percentage-based fees toward infrastructure-cost-centered payment design
With conventional credit cards and payment services, a percentage fee proportional to the transaction amount is the norm. The larger the payment, the larger the fee.
On-chain payments with stablecoins allow a different cost structure: one centered on network and infrastructure usage rather than on the transaction amount itself. For large payments and international transfers in particular, this opens the possibility of a cost structure that differs from conventional payment and bank-transfer models.
This does not mean that every payment cost becomes a fixed cost once you use stablecoins. Depending on the setup, other costs arise: on/off-ramps, foreign exchange, custody, payment service providers, and network fees. Taking these conditions into account, the seminar walks through the shift from a model centered on percentage fees proportional to the payment amount toward a payment design centered on infrastructure costs, following the flow of an actual service purchase.
The value of stablecoins is not only the cost structure. They run 24/7, work across borders, can be operated programmatically from APIs, smart contracts, and wallets, can be used by AI agents, let multiple chains and networks be used according to purpose, and let payment and service usage be integrated as software. We show an AI agent paying on its own in this seminar precisely to demonstrate how enterprises can use this programmable payment infrastructure.
AI agents that use a wallet to buy services on their own
The second theme is payments made by AI agents.
AI is no longer limited to searching for information and answering questions. An AI agent handles a wallet through MCP (Model Context Protocol), pays with stablecoins, and operates external systems to purchase services. In this seminar, you will see that mechanism as a working system:
AI Agent → MCP → Wallet → Stablecoin → ERPC Credits → Server / Infrastructure Purchase
We live-demo an AI agent topping up ERPC credits with stablecoins and then using those credits to proceed all the way to a server purchase.
What matters in agentic payments is not giving AI unlimited spending authority. It is building a system in which AI can use the services it needs autonomously, within the budgets, permissions, allowlists, and approval flows the company has defined. Only when permitted wallets, API permissions, allowed services, logging, and auditing are designed in as controls does agentic payment become something you can build into enterprise systems. The demo also covers how to think about this control design.
The three themes of the seminar
01. Stablecoin payments and agentic payments (Fumitake Kawasaki)
Reducing dependence on percentage fees proportional to the payment amount, and bringing payment design closer to an infrastructure-cost-centered model. Using a real service flow, we explain how stablecoins reduce the friction and cost of payments and transfers. We then live-demo an AI agent using a wallet via MCP to charge ERPC credits and proceed to a server purchase.
02. AI agent orchestration hands-on (James Neve Yasui × Fumitake Kawasaki, 40 minutes)
This part is not a blockchain development hands-on. Using Codex, Claude Code, and similar tools, participants set up an environment where AI can work with local files, internal documents, information on the web, APIs, MCP servers, and external services.
From there, instead of asking one AI to do everything, participants experience the basics of AI agent orchestration: multiple specialized AI agents dividing roles and working as a team. We introduce a development and operations model in which AI uses existing company data, the web, APIs, and external tools while multiple agents move the work forward. Over time, dividing planning, research, design, implementation, and verification among specialized agents makes it possible to run larger business tasks and software development in parallel. We treat these AI agents as part of one enterprise system, extending in the future beyond APIs and MCP to autonomously procuring the external services they need through a wallet and stablecoins.
A laptop is recommended for the hands-on session. Lecture-only participation is also welcome.
03. Production-led enterprise implementation roadmap (Fumitake Kawasaki)
The theme here is: what technical stack is needed to run stablecoins and AI agents in production?
ELSOUL LABO is a Circle Alliance Partner and runs EURC / USDC payments in production in its own services. It also develops and operates its own wallet, MCP, APIs, multichain blockchain infrastructure, and global server infrastructure. Based on this production experience, we walk through the questions in order: where should an enterprise start, what does the stack actually look like, how does ELSOUL LABO implement and operate it, and where should your company begin a PoC.
Our own products, including ERPC and SLV, are presented not as product pitches but as real configuration examples of stablecoin payments, AI agents, and blockchain infrastructure.

Reception opens at 14:30, and the networking session from 16:00 is optional, where you can ask the speakers directly about your own situation.

This is not a session on accounting, tax, or regulation, not a crypto investment seminar, and not an introductory course on blockchain or generative AI. The focus is on payments, AI agents, software, infrastructure, and enterprise implementation.

After graduating from Yokohama City University, Fumitake joined Rakuten. He later founded ELSOUL in Japan, leading cloud application development as a Google Cloud and AWS partner. In 2020, he established ELSOUL LABO B.V. in Amsterdam for AI, cloud, and blockchain R&D. Today the company operates ERPC, a Solana validator, its own ASN (AS200261), and global server infrastructure. As a Circle Alliance Partner, ELSOUL LABO runs EURC / USDC payments in production in its own services, and he works on enterprise adoption and PoC design for stablecoins and AI agents.

James Neve Yasui (Technical Advisor / AI Researcher, ELSOUL LABO B.V.)
After graduating from the University of Cambridge, James accepted an offer from the UK government and earned a PhD in AI / machine learning at the University of Bristol. He has published nine academic papers, and his recommender-systems research underpins technology used by matching apps including Pairs. In 2025, Springer published his single-author book, Reciprocal Recommender Systems. As Technical Advisor at ELSOUL LABO, he supports the AI field and leads the 40-minute AI agent hands-on session in this seminar.
